Sound insulation enclosure covers all parts of the gas turbine the gearbox and the generator. Combustion exhaust gases the stack to atmosphere. All auxiliary systems are installed on separate foundations beside the Gas Turbine: • Lubrication system with tank, pumps and air-cooled oil cooler. • Demineralised water injection system for NOx control and sprint water. • Diesel oil injection pump. • Natural gas final filter. • Advanced system for the Gas Turbine starter. • Generator 11,5 KV switchgear cubicle. Power produced by the Generator is transmitted by buried 11,5 KV cables to the corresponding step-up transformer 67,3 MVA 11,5/150 KV. The three step-up transformers are installed in a common fenced yard on steel rail fixed on a concrete foundation. A water tight catch bridge has been constructed to receive the oil quantity of one transformer in case of an oil leak. Transformers are protected by deluge firefighting system using demineralised water. The step-up transformers are connected to the 150 KV substation (GIS) through 150 KV buried cables. Auxiliary power is provided by 20 KV grid of PPC through a 20/0,4 KV 1000 KVA transformer for each unit. A fourth transformer of the same power output provides power to the BOP auxiliary systems (diesel-oil unloading, transfer and treatment, demin-water system, compressed air, firefighting water pumps, natural gas GRS, etc). A stand-by diesel generator provides emergency power in case of PPC 20 KV power loss. Natural gas filtering and pressure reducing station with two streams. Natural gas preheating with heat exchanger and two hot water boilers. Diesel oil storage facility with capacity 2500m³ providing inventory for 5 days operation in case that natural gas is not available. Raw water storage facility with 2x1000m³ tanks and two deep well pumps with capacity 10 m³ /m & 20 m³ /hr each. Demin- water production plant with capacity 2x30 m³/hr. One 500 m³ carbon steel tank with interior lining and six stainless steel tanks 100 m³ each for the storage of the demineralised water. Two fire water pumps skids for raw and denim water. Each skid consists of one diesel pump, one electric driven pump and one jockey pump. Fire detection and CO2 fire fighting systems for the Gas Turbine housings. Main control building with 20 and 0,4 KV switch boards, MCCs, UPS and batteries and the central control room of the station

In the Ranges between The dictated points, more points can be described. Shutdown Restrictions Shutdown a unit regularly can be done in respect to two aims, I.e. Being available for Production as fast as Possible or being available for maintenance as fast as possible. We distinguish therefor two Types of shutdown: Shutdown Warm, Shutdown Cold The stop procedures describe from a specific amount of power output which special Restrictions occur.
